Meet Our Founder
Diana Tiako, RN, BSN
Diana has spent more than ten years as a home care nurse, with deep, hands-on experience caring for children with complex medical needs. Before she earned her nursing degree, she worked for over five years as a nurse aide, giving direct care every day.
Coming up that way, from aide to registered nurse, shaped how Diana runs Be Well: with genuine respect for caregivers and a real, practical understanding of what great pediatric care looks like. She founded Be Well Pediatrics to bring that same standard of dependable, loving care home to children and families across North Dallas.
